COUNTDOWN TO LAUNCH

The day will begin with an informative and motivational presentation delivered by an experienced Starchaser facilitator.
This will familiarise all participants with the structural requirements of a rocket and will provide valuable information on the safe construction of a real flying model. Whatever your ability or level of experience, our presenters will furnish all participants with the skills required to finish the task and achieve their full potential.
Participants will work in small teams where they will come up with a design, construction and rocket launch strategy using the components and tools provided. This ultimate team building event has been specifically designed to test communication and leadership skills in a challenging and real life application.
Participants will consider all the aspects their rocket's operation and performance including launch, maximum altitude, recovery systems (parachutes) and safe operation. The team with the most successful re-usable rocket will be announced as the winners.

FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION

This challenging day will test the initiative of an individual whilst maintaining an emphasis on teamwork. Concise objectives combined with a sense of competition will encourage participants to strive for effective team driven solutions. The need to manage time effectively during the construction phase whilst maintaining the quality needed to achieve the desired results, reflect typical business scenarios. A given team's successful launch will be used as demonstrative evidence that team work and cooperation can lead to dramatic and successful results.
Starchaser corporate events can be booked as a stand-alone activity or they may be rolled into an existing training strategy.
